Who is responsible

What we collect
- Contact form: your name, email, a link to your show and your message.
- Calls: when you book a call, your name, email, company and show link. With your permission at the start of the call, we transcribe it (we don't record video) to prepare your brief.
- Clients: the email you sign in with and the people you give access; your brand form and upload forms; the recordings you send us and our edits; your comments and approvals; billing details for invoices.
- Website visits: anonymous, aggregated statistics (pages viewed, country, device). We don't use advertising cookies or track you across other sites.
How we use it
To answer you, prepare and run your project, deliver and improve your clips, invoice you, and understand how our site is used. We don't sell your data or use it for advertising.
Who processes it for us
We use service providers to run the studio: email, form and file storage services; calendar; website hosting; AI tools that help us transcribe and review recordings; and our bank. They process data only to provide their service to us. Some of them are in the United States or other countries outside Argentina.
How long we keep it
- Source footage: up to 30 days after delivery.
- Final files: in your shared folder for at least 90 days after the project closes.
- Messages, forms and invoices: as long as we work together, and invoices as long as tax law requires.
- Call transcripts: as long as we work together, or until you ask us to delete them.
Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal data, or stop using it, by writing to lao@selanstudio.com. We answer within 10 business days. If you are in Argentina, you can also contact the Agencia de Acceso a la Información Pública, the data protection authority.
People in your recordings
Your recordings may show other people (hosts, guests). You confirm you have their permission for us to edit the recordings (see our Terms). If someone who appears in them asks us to delete their data, we'll tell you.
Children
Our services are for businesses. We don't knowingly collect data from children.
Changes
If we change this policy, we'll update the date above and, for active clients, let you know by email.
